Leather and PU apparel for leading Argentine brands
THE PROJECT
Top Argentine brands such as Ginebra, Rapsodia, Kosiuko, Bensimon, Rochas and Doma sent us their designs and needed to produce leather apparel abroad with premium quality, staying true to each brand's identity in materials, trims, stitching and finishes.
PU garments were also produced in China.
MY ROLE
Direct communication with suppliers, resolving every question throughout the process
Tech packs in English and custom trim development sheets
Material selection
Sample corrections based on each brand's requested changes
Quality control and production sheets to make sure everything arrived as approved
RESULTS
Leather jackets, dresses, pants, tops and skirts produced in India, Pakistan and Turkey. Most styles were approved between the first and second sample, with production runs of 50 units or more per style.
PU products were manufactured in China.
